Sharing a beautiful studio

Hello, we are three artists working in different media (sculpture, video, drawing) and are looking for someone to share our studio with from November the 1st. The studio is located in HB55 Lichtenberg, an old beautiful factory building which is used by many artists.
The studio is 40 square meters, it has very beautiful high ceiling and is bright. It is located not far from S-Bahn station Landsberger Allee and Lichtenberg. There is a tram stop (21, 8, 37) just next to the building.
It is 92,23 Euro per person, inclusive heating, electricity, wireless internet and the possibility to use a huge renovated exhibition space for workshops, exhibitions or projects. (for a couple of days free of charge).
The deposit is 151,5 Euro.

Wir, drei Künstlerinnen, arbeiten in verschiedenen Medien (Bildhauerei, Video, Zeichnung), suchen nach einer vierten Person, die daran interessiert ist, ab 1. November ein Studio in der HB55, ehemaliger Margarinefabrik, mit uns zu teilen.
Das Studio ist 40 Quadratmeter groß, 1.OG, ziemlich schick und hell und liegt in Berlin Lichtenberg nicht weit von der Ringbahn. S Landsberger Allee und S+U Lichtenberg in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tram 21, 8, 37 halten direkt vor dem Atelierhaus.
Pro Person kostet es 92,23 Euro inklusive Heizung, Strom, W-Lan und der Möglichkeit, eine große renovierte Halle im gleichen Fabrikgebäude für einige Tage für Ausstellungen und andere Projekte umsonst zu nutzen. Kaution 151,5 Euro.
